I have stopped taking tramadol prescribed for my brain injury. i can't sleep. i don't drink much. can i drink a small amount to help me fall asleep?

Brain Injury?: This is a broad term and many different levels of severity. To answer your question i would say no. By saying "drink" I am assuming that you mean alcohol. I would not recommend using alcohol to induce sleep especially with a recent brain injury. Not sure why you stopped the tramadol, and this would have been for pain and not sleep. You need to discuss your sleep issues with your physician.
