Almost zero: Mouth exposure to HIV is extremely low risk, maybe zero risk, even if your partner were infected. And in Canada, the chance any particular heterosexual male has HIV is almost zero anyway. Don't worry about it. But of course all sexually active people should be tested for HIV and other STDs from time to time. Maybe this would be a good time, while it's on your mind. But not because of this event.
