YES INDEED: 'Seronegative arthritis" may be anything from gout to osteoarthritis it simply means NON-RHEUMATOID joint disease. FIBROMYALGIA is a MUSCLE/FASCIAL DISEASE with TRIGGER POINTS which are determined by a COMPLETE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION! Hope this helps! Dr Z
