Poly arthritis: U seem to have developed arthritis in >1 joint @ the same time, a condition AKA polyarthritis. In the absence of any other Sx (especially swelling or fever), u shd rest ur joints- use them as little as possible- & if u are otherwise healthy & not taking meds, consider an NSAID like Naproxen with food. This will buy u time to see ur doctor &/or rheumatologist for diagnosis. Keep a diary. Good luck!
