Hard to say: Successful pregnancy requires a fertile egg in the right position at the right time. It also requires healthy sperm introduced at the right time. There is no reason to assume that she is the infertile one based on what you posted. The guy in the picture may be shooting blanks. It would be time for both to get checked.
