Chest pain: If you were having chest pain and had couplet( pair PVC'S) you definately need to worry. But the ER doctor will look at the EKG and blood test that he will order because of chest pain to r/o Heart disease with heart damage call Myocardial Infarction.He will also R/O causes of extra heart beats by blood test.Since you at ER you should not worry that much.
