I'd be concerned now: Call your Dr. who did the surgery,and let him know what is going on. This may be nothing,orit could be something serious like nerve damage.

If he put your hand in a rigid cast and you have some swelling post surgery, not uncommon, then he has to cut cast immediately to relieve pressure. See him today for evaluation!
