Folliculitis: Yes, that sounds like folliculitis which can be caused by a bacteria such as staph. Usually antibiotics are used to treat this.

Fluid filled pimples (two) on upper arm. Not hard , with whitish fluid, in same area as a previous occurrence about 2-3 months ago. Immunity doctor has told me I have dermatographia about 3 months ago as well.
