Neuropathy: Hello, Although more info is required, numbness and tingling in the feet is commonly related to peripheral neuropathy. There is a multitude of causes, more commonly due to long standing uncontrolled diabetes, certain medication ( notoriously chemotherapeutics), neuromuscular disorders.
