My gf can't burp and hasn't for years, is this bad? even after drinking sprite or pierrier she still can't. and she has heartburns sometimes.

?: Does she feel like burping yet unable to burp or she is just not a "burper"? If the former, does she have food getting stuck at the food pipe (esophagus) at times? If so, she needs to see a GI specialist. Heart burns can be caused by many sources including acid reflux, gastritis, and ulcer. If the problem is frequent, then need to talk to her doctor.
