How do you fix acute muscular dystonia caused by antipsychotics? is there a method other than cogentin (benztropine) or do i have to discontinue antipsychotic?

Yes and no: yes there are alternatives and no you do not have to discontinue antipsychotic I do not see an antipsychotic listed in your med profile but one option may be to switch to another antipsychotic but short of that Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Artane (trihexyphenidyl)) can also be used for dystopia
