She needs to be seen: Even one serious symptom is a reason to be seen shortly after starting a medication. As they multiply, it becomes more important. Hallucinations are a serious symptom of serious conditions or, if a side effect, a serious one. Definitely urge her to see a Dr - even an ER visit if you must!
