Over the last 2 years have had an increase in weight and mood swings with little tolerance to stress. Often tired. Exercise 2 weekly. I had the mirena inserted 2 years ago and apart from having some bleeding afterwards, have not had my period since?
Can stress cause period issues even while on bc pills? I've been lightly bleeding a week before my inactive pills for about 10 days now.
