Possibilities...: The MIP and MEP maneuvers can be difficult for some patients to perform so they come out abnormal when everything is ok. Have you been tested for diaphragmatic weakness? This is another explanation-you may need to see a doctor who specializes in diaphragms because this can be a tricky diagnosis to make. Good luck!!

See below: this could be just normal for you or you could have some muscle weakness. If you've had extensive testing, then I would just follow the mips and meps every 6-12 months to ensure they are not continueing to get worse.
