Very very mild: You have anatomic emphysema but no functional impairment thus it's very, very mild. If you smoke, please stop. Consider whether you have occupational exposure to toxic fumes? If no to both, you should be checked for alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.

Please see interpret: The findings of upper lobe bullae may be a limited focal finding or more extensive depending on the interpretation and findings. Your spirometry does not show airflow obstruction in the larger airways. The total lung capacity is mildly increased. The RV/TLC ratio should be noted on the report as well.I agree that smoking cessation is important, and limiting any aspiration into the lungs.
