Irritation vs. blood: Any additional symptoms besides the rash? do they disappear when you press at them, or do they stay? If they disappear with pressure, this might be a transient irritation. It these red dots do not disappear with pressure, they might be little blood dots in which case, it would be better to be seen by a doctor in person or virtually. I hope this helps.
