Herpes simplex: most likely, a patch that is recurrent on your chin. The virus live in the nerve cells and comes out in various times in your life recurrently. Ask your doc for some topical zovirax (acyclovir) for when you feel the rash coming out.

Rash: Hi, it could be heat/sun rash, Acne, fungal infection among other things, a skin lesion needs to be examined up close for a right diagnosis, please see a Dermatologist.
