See Dr: Needs re-examining of the eyesight (visual acuity), the orbits (bones to consider bony injury), and the retina (back of the eye to consider whether vitreous or retinal tear has occurred). Could also be post traumatic migraine if all these things are fine. An optometrist, ophthalmologist or your primary care practitioner may be a useful starting point to sort out. All the best.
