Need reevaluation: You should see the same, or another ophthalmologist. Retinal tears or detachments can take place weeks to months after blunt ocular trauma

Eye : Could be floaters because of the trauma. You will need to follow up with the specialist.

See Dr: Needs re-examining of the eyesight (visual acuity), the orbits (bones to consider bony injury), and the retina (back of the eye to consider whether vitreous or retinal tear has occurred). Could also be post traumatic migraine if all these things are fine. An optometrist, ophthalmologist or your primary care practitioner may be a useful starting point to sort out. All the best.
