Nerve compression: If it was a brief sensation it could have been from compression of one of the nerves in your scalp. Just like hitting your "funny bone" which is really a nerve passing around your elbow. If you are having headaches, dizziness, or other ongoing symptoms you should be evaluated by your doctor for other injuries like concussion before playing again.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
