I have a 4cm cyst. can this cause my stomach to be bloated or weight gain? i can't lose weight around my stomach even with lots of excerise & dieting

No : A cyst, should not stop you from losing weight. I would recommend a plant based/whole food diet. This diet has been shown to have multiple health benefits. If bloating and weight gain continue I would see your doctor for evaluation and blood tests. There are medicines available to help with this. Depending on where your cyst is, it can be removed as well.
