is it normal for my stomach to be bloated and painful after i had an ovarian cyst rupture?

Yes: When a cyst ruptures the fluid can cause peritoneal irritation which can in turn cause an ileus , which is a slowing down of intestinal function . That can account for bloating.

Yes: Of course, many other things can present in a similar fashion. Make sure and rule out a pregnancy, as relevant.
