Need an exam: Your type of symptoms can't be guessed at via HT. You need to see a physician for an exam if your problem continues. Don't try to diagnose yourself via the internet, you won't be able to. Sorry we couldn't help.

Hard to say: Many things can cause your symptoms, anemia, electrolyte disorders, pregnancy, intestinal infection. Its best to see a doctor in person for this type of complaint. Good luck
