Was taking 40 mg of cellexa with 15 mg of remeron (mirtazapine). psychiatrist upped the cellexa to 60 mg. can it be making me feel worse?

Side effects?: Need more information to understand what your symptoms are - not sure if this refers to potential side effects that may occur with celexa dosage changes, or if the remeron (mirtazapine) was stopped and mental health symptoms have worsened.
