Possible cyst: If you're trying to conceive, then you should have taken the Clomid (clomiphene) for 5 days. Judging by your symptoms, you may have ovulated from the left ovary. After ovulation, it is common to form a cyst (temporary). This all sounds normal. If the pain gets severe, however, we need to think about other organs in your abdomen that can cause problems (i.e. appendix).
