Clomid (clomiphene) cycles: If your ultrasound revealed "11" follicles of "10 mm" dimension, and this was after taking three doses of 50 mg. clomid (clomiphene) on days 5-7, check for pregnancy on day 28-30 of this cycle with a serum HCG test. The current cramps may be due to multiple ovarian cysts from ovulating follicles.
