No: History is more important, if she has no symptoms related to any food ingested, then she isn't allergic. RAST blood test is a good negative test and not a good positive one, if you suspect she has a reaction to any type of food, just avoid it for now, discuss with your doctor about seeing an allergist for more evaluation, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, best wishes
