Unknown: Food allergy to these products are likely to go away with time but the exact timing is not known. Since these are not essential foods and the reactions are not life-threatening, i would wait 2 years before trying to reintroduce these products again. If you still need more advice, see an allergist. Incidentally allergy to potato and carrot are not that common.
