Swallowing : Sorry about the MG. Sent you recognize that swelling is a major factor with MG I can see how you have concern. I would suggest that you see an ENT doctor and get a swallow study done to evaluate your daughters difficulty. You may also want to review her chewing habits and talk about this with your dentist. If neither of these are helpful go back and have another MG test. Best wishes.
