Took alot antibiotics for prior illness, any other ways to build up good bacteria aside from probiotics? i've been told that taking them won't help

Probiotics do help: w/GI disorders according to research. If you don't want to take them consider taking a prebiotic such as glutathione. If you have GI symptoms see your doctor first to rule out any medical conditions. Peace and good health.
