Children don't starv: e themselves to death. It also depends on age of course. Kids like to imitate their friends. Invite some friends over. Have group meals. Bring them to the market with you and let them choose some foods.

Eating is individual: Greetings, You didn't provide the age of your kids, which can make a difference. With that said, children eat 1) when hungry, 2) when the food interests them, and 3) when they feel they have a role in choice and preparation.
