Eustachian tube: The eustachian tube is a canal that connects the middle ear to the nasopharynx, which consists of the upper throat and the back of the nasal cavity. It is possible that when you were vomiting some of the vomit or acids ended up in your eustachian tube. This could be one possible explanation for pain in the ear after vomiting. Please consult a clinician for an examination. Take good care.
