Lots of things: Sometimes they just happen. I trust that somebody who doesn't like you isn't giving you arsenic -- these lines can look similar. That's the only thing that's really worth knowng, and you'd feel sick. I trust your history, physical, and labwork confirm health -- if they do, I wouldn't worry. Best wishes.
