Depends...: I think whether or not you should get hearing aides with a mild loss depends on how much the loss is affecting your life. For example, if you have difficulty talking to others on the phone, need your tv volume really high, have difficulty following conversations, etc., then getting hearing aides might be worthwhile. If not, then protect against further loss and see a hearing doctor regularly.
