Yes: Red meat is not harmful in patient swith colitis. Excessive fiber intake, raw fruits and vegetables can cause an increase in diarrhea, cramping and bloating.

Yes: Depending on the extent and severity of your disease you may have looser stools with high fat intake but red meat will not worsen your disease.
