"Probably": hemorrhoids! Your symptoms are pretty "classical" for "internal" hemorrhoids...see illustration. You can get this checked out at your next physical exam but if there is any bleeding or worsening see your PCP (Primary Care Provider) for accurate DX Hope this helps! Dr Z
