Wrong assumption: You assume that everything can be seen and determined from a radiograph, 100% of the time. It's just not true. Depending on the angle of the film and loss of density in either bone or tooth, a problem is not always seen. Visual inspection of the teeth is also needed, which was done. Glad to hear your problem was solved.
