Nasal irritation?: This or allergies can cause bleeding. The inside of the nose can be very dry. The nose will bleed more when head is in down position. It is not uncommon early in AM Do you pick your nose or blow hard? Try some petroleum jelly in the nose both sides at night and see if this will help to stop the AM bleeding. If your nose is irriated or itchy then will need to see ENT.
