23 f i have issues going poop the last few days today liquid yellow diarrhea and pain in my lower right stomach hurts more with pressure ?

Diarrhea: 23 year old woman with acute diarrhea and abdominal pain. Have you taken antibiotics recently? High fever, blood in the stool, or worsening pain should bring you to the doctor, or if it lasts over 7 days. Check for pregnancy. If worsening pain in right lower quadrant see MD immediately. If not, consider over the counter loperamide and simethicone. Nausea/vomiting? If not, eat and stay hydrated.
