Having strong contractions since about 8 at night. contractions are coming every 5 minutes lasting 30-40 secs. what point do i need to go to hospital.

Call your OB: call your OB now for instructions. The frequency of contractions is enough to warrant a visit to the hospital, especially not knowing anything else about your pregnancy. Call your OB or if unable, go to ER.
