Removal to what?: I am guessing you mean IUD but perhaps an implantable contraceptive like Norplant (levonorgestrel)? On average it takes 6 months for couples not using contraceptives to conceive a baby and it is generally thought there is no need for any medical evaluation until you go a year without success. So take a good prenatal, eat a healthy diet, relax, time intercourse to the 2 days before ovulation and have fun trying.
