Eczema skin products: Dry skin usually improves if using sorbolene or aqueous cream instead of soap and having short cool-warm showers instead of long hot showers or baths. Using a moisturiser helps too. Some products labelled 'mild' or 'hypoallergenic' can irritate sensitive skin; try products used for eczema such as QV, Cetaphil, Dermeze or Alpha keri products and check back with your GP if the itching persists.
