You probably: don't need the Salycilic acid unless you have a lot of "flaking" (It removes dead skin) Hope this helps Dr Z

Cream better: Cerave cream is better than the lotion. Also keep showers short and only use soap in private parts. If you have any red scaly areas see your dermatologist.
