Nonbacterial: This peripheral blood pattern and generalized aching suggest a viral infection and not a bacterial infection. The absence of anemia seems to indicate no serious bone marrow pathology. If symptoms don't resolve checking for viral hepatitis or even mononucleosis is advisable. A specialist in infectious diseases or a hematologist would be best to further evaluate your illness and appropriate tests
