So my sprained ankle is better, i can walk, but i limb a little bit, should i still wrap in just in case? and how careful should i be with my ankle?

Go Easy: I am glad that you are better. You are young and need to protect your joints as you will need them for a long time. I recommend that you do rang of motion exercises (circles, up and down and in and out) as well as liniments as needed. If it feels better to wrap it i would. . Do not relax your protection until you can run up and down stairs with no feeling that you are at risk of re - injury.

Need x-rays: First, get an xray to make sure you did not break any of the bones around the ankle or in the foot. If it is just a sprain, walking on it is fine. Rest is good if it starts hurting. Also ice and elevate the foot and wear an ace wrap around the ankle if it swells. Do everything to tolerance and see a podiatrist for help.
