Lactic acid: If you do strenuous exercises over a long period of time and do not allow sufficent time for an oxygen deficit to recover (anaerobic exercise). Lactic acid builds up in your system. There are under lying diseases that may also pre-dispose a person to vomiting after exercise. See your primary care doctor if persists.

No: Moderate exercise has been shown to increase prolactin, a helpful hormone for breast feeding. Strenuous exercise may increase the lactate level in milk which may change the taste a bit. Sweat may introduce a salty taste, so showering before a feeding is reasonable after a workup.
