Varies: It varies quite a bit based upon the area of the C7 vertebrae that is involved. But a general rule of thumb is it takes about 8 weeks to heal. Most non displaced vertebral fractures will heal uneventfully and patients can return to full activities with no permanent sequela. I would discuss your specific case with your doctor.
