On the upper part of my chest there is a bug bite a bruise that has about an inch cumference surrounding it. is this bad or would a sunburn affect it?

Needs evaluation: While this might be an ordinary bug bite which sunlight would not affect, it could be something nasty like a brown recluse spider bite which can advance and spread over several months. You should have someone look at this unless you actually saw the critter that bit you.
