Bad burn: Sounds like you have a second or third degree sunburn. The most important treatment is aimed at presenting infection. Keep the area clean and you may need a type of antibiotic cream like sivadene that can provide some soothing relief as well as prevention of bacterial infections. See Doc for eval if severe.
