Possible interaction: Using Oxycodone/ acetaminophen together has the potential to lower blood presssure further. Per Drugs.Com drug interaction checker, there is potential for "headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate". Let your doctor know so that this is done in a cautious manner.
