Safe: This is reasonably safe. We generally avoid anti inflammatories like Ibuprofen Naproxen in patients with chronic kidney disease with low gfr.

Yes: The medication you were prescribed is a opiate with Acetaminophen (tylenol) to help with the pain. The pain pain is far worse for your hypertension than treating it till you pass the stone.
